Vidya Balan and Pratik Gandhi to wrap up ‘Lovers’ in Ooty by December 15 – Exclusive! – Times of India

Indo-American hunk Sendhil Ramamurthy seen in top shows like ‘Heroes’, ‘Never Have I Ever’ and ‘Covert Affairs’ in the West was spotted at the Mumbai airport on November 4 and ETimes was the first to report that he has flown down from New York for the multi-starrer ‘Lovers’, which stars Vidya Balan, Pratik Gandhi and Ileana D’cruz. The film had gone on floors in October and is being produced by Tanuj Garg, Atul Kasbekar and Sameer Nair.

We at ETimes now have it that ‘Lovers’ will be complete by this Wednesday, December 15. Vidya and Pratik are currently shooting in Ooty at a frenzied pace and it’s just 2 days to go when they call it a wrap on ‘Lovers’.

A source close to the film has told ETimes, “It has taken just about 45 days of shooting to shoot this film. December 15 is indded the last day of ‘Lovers’ shoot. This is the second schedule and the final one. The pace was good and the output has also worked out very well. The producers are very happy with the film and soon after coming back to Mumbai, you could see the promotional campaigns getting underway gradually.”

Pratik and Vidya are likely to return to Mumbai on Thursday, December 16. “The subject of the film is extremely intriguing if you go by the nature of the cast. It is commendable that the makers have still managed to keep it as a closed secret,” the source added.
