Sameera Reddy had recently jetted off to a tropical destination for a family vacation with her husband Akshai Varde and kids. The actress shared a video with her fans on Instagram where she documented her fun moments.

In the video, Sameera is seen dressed in a yellow swimsuit, chilling on the beach with her family. She captioned it, ‘Walking towards sunshine 💫✈️ Hello Monday #family #vacation 🎉’. As soon as she shared the video, comments started pouring in from all sides. Sameera’s mother-in-law Manjri Varde commented, ‘The blue sea, sky and surf. Enjoy.’

Sameera might be away from the screen but she is quite active on social media where she commands a huge fan following. The actress is especially known for posting body positivity content on her Instagram profile.

Recently, in a social media post, she had opened up about getting diagnosed with Alopecia Areata in 2016.

She wrote in her post, “I got diagnosed with it in 2016 when Akshai saw I had a 2-inch bald spot at the back of my head. In one month I discovered two more patches. It was really hard to deal with. Alopecia Areata does not make people sick, nor is it contagious. It can, however, be difficult to adapt to emotionally.”
