According to the latest reports, the family of the late singer-actor Sidhu Moose Wala has written to the Union Home Minister Amit Shah seeking the involvement of the central agency in the killing of their son.

Sidhu Moose Wala was not just a singer but an active Congressman who stood in the 2022 assembly elections, in Punjab. Therefore, many conspiracy theories are being suspected in his murder case. Though on Wednesday already a special investigation team has been deployed on the case, the father of the slain singer has requested a probe by the central agency as well.

On the same hand, reportedly the central agencies have also shown their interest in the case and have been calling in for intervention.

Meanwhile, Sidhu Moose Wala’s last rites were done in his native village on May 31, followed by the antim visarjan, which happened at Kartarpur Sahib. Moose Wala’s parents were inconsolable as they immersed the ashes of their late son in the pond. Further, the antim bhog for the late singer is to be held on June 8.
