Telugu producer Dil Raju blessed with a baby boy – Times of India

Senior Telugu producer Dil Raju aka Velamakucha Venkata Ramana Reddy was the reason behind several successful films and was reportedly blessed with a baby boy early this morning today. He made several commercially successful films in Telugu, and a few also won critical acclaim.

The fifty-one-year-old Dil Raju married again in May 2020 upon losing his first wife Anitha in 2017 due to cardiac arrest. He reportedly married again upon the encouragement of his daughter Harshita Reddy as he was living alone.

This year he had 2 productions ‘Rowdy Boys’ and ‘F3: Fun and Frustration’ in Telugu so far, currently awaiting his release ‘Thank you’ with Akkineni Naga Chaitanya, which is slated to hit the theatres on 22nd July 2022.

He is also currently funding the Tamil – Telugu bilingual ‘Thalapathy66’ with Vijay, which is titled ‘Varisu’ in Tamil & ‘Varasudu’ in Telugu. Dil Raju also has a Pan-India film with Tamil director Shankar Shanmugam starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani in the lead roles.

Dil Raju also recently collaborated on Hindi film productions with the superhit Hindi remake ‘Jersey’ of a Telugu film with Shahid Kapoor and is currently collaborating with Boney Kapoor for his Telugu hit ‘F2’ remake in Hindi.
