‘Theerppu’ first look: Makers unveil the characters in the Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer – Times of India

Prithviraj Sukumaran is clearly stacking up all the highly ambitious projects for the year 2022 and the upcoming movie ‘Theerppu’ is definitely one among them. Recently the makers unveiled the first look poster for the film that introduces the characters in Rathish Ambat’s directorial film.

Prithviraj Sukumaran took to his official Instagram handle to unveil the first look for ‘Theerppu’. Sharing the poster, the ‘Kaduva’ actor penned a note that read, “Theerppu First Look!.”

‘Theerppu’ first look comes with the tagline ‘Verdicts and beyond’ and also introduces the characters in the film played by the actors Prithviraj Sukumaran, Indrajith Sukumaran, Siddique, Saiju Kurup, Vijay Babu, Isha Talwar, and Hannah Reji Koshy.


Previously in an interview with an online media channel, the writer of ‘Theerppu’ Murali Gopy, said that the film will be an experimental one with commercial elements in it.

Also in an Exclusive interview with Kochi Times, the director Rathish Ambat said, “‘Theerppu’ is not as huge in scope as Kammarasambhavam, but it’s not a movie that will be made in a restricted environment or a limited budget like how it is generally being done during the pandemic. The film is a drama that has aspects of a thriller. Also, being a Murali Gopy script, it’s packed with performance-oriented roles.”

Helmed by the ‘Kammara Sambhavam’ director Rathish Ambat, the script of ‘Theerppu’ will be penned down by the actor-writer Murali Gopy. Apart from Prithviraj Sukumaran, the movie has a stellar cast consisting of the actors Indrajith Sukumaran, Vijay Babu, Saiju Kurup, and several others.

Meanwhile, Prithviraj Sukumaran is basking in the success of his recently released action entertainer ‘Kaduva’ which is directed by Shaji Kailas. The actor also wrapped up the shoot for his highly ambitious film ‘Aadujeevitham’ which is directed by Blessy.
