Varun Dhawan reveals he watched Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Brahmastra’ on the first day. Find out his reaction! – Times of India

Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt made their debut together in ‘Student Of The Year’ and they’ve just completed 10 years in the industry. Both the actors have come a long way and created a niche for themselves but also make sure they watch and support each other’s work.

In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Varun revealed that he’s watched ‘Brahmastra’ on the first day itself. Sharing his reviews on it, the actor said that he had a great time watching the film with the audiences and to feel their energy was good. It’s a big screen watch, said Varun.

Varun also shared that he’s seen a lot of recent movies in the theatres – from ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ to ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, ‘Sooryavanshi’ and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’. Meanwhile, recently, when the actor was on ‘Koffee With Karan’, Varun had confessed that one actor he considers competition is Alia Bhatt.


Varun revealed that he doesn’t feel much of a competition with any male actor but with Alia, since they started their journeys together. Later, when Alia broke the path and did ‘Highway’, he did ‘Badlapur’ and they have that sort of a healthy competition with each other.

Varun will be seen next in ‘Bhediya’ with Kriti Sanon and ‘Bawaal’ with Janhvi Kapoor.
