But, a source close to the production house has confirmed that there is absolutely no truth to these rumours. The source further added, “After KGF, KGF 2, and Kantara, the next Pan India film from Hombale Films is Salaar with Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran. It is directed by Prashanth Neel. The banner is planning one more film for 2023, the casting of which is yet undisclosed.”
The company wants to take Kannada cinema known on the global map and they’ve largely been instrumental in doing that with their movies.
Meanwhile, director Prashanth Neel who is largely known for the ‘KGF’ franchise has also announced another film with Jr NTR. So, as much as fans would love to see SRK and Rohit Shetty collaborating with Neel and Rishabh, Rakshit, unfortunately there’s no development as such.
Having said that, SRK is having a south collaboration in the form of ‘Jawan’ which is directed by Atlee. It stars Nayanthara with him.
