Nawazuddin Siddiqui admits to being jealous of ‘Kantara’ star Rishab Shetty; the south superstar REACTS – Times of India

Kannada star Rishab Shetty has been garnering praise from all quarters, following the super success of his latest film, ‘Kantara’. Recently, Nawazuddin Siddiqui admitted to being jealous of Rishab and the south superstar reacted to the same.

Nawazuddin revealed that he is jealous of Rishab. He said his jealousy stems from the fact that Rishab is doing a good work and he thinks of him as a healthy competition. The actor also added that it keeps you on your toes and pushes you to work harder. Nawaz also expressed his wish to work in Kannada films and also getting an opportunity of working with Rishab.

Reacting to Nawaz’s comments, Rishab said he has watched many films of the Bollywood actor and believes that the actor’s journey is filled with hard work and effort. According to Rishab, he can relate to Nawaz as he too is like most of them out there, who come from middle-class backgrounds and are trying to make it big. The Kannada star also called the Bollywood actor, an inspiration. Rishab’s ‘Kantara’ made some record-breaking collections at the box office.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Nawazzudin will be next seen in Akshat Ajay Sharma’s ‘Haddi’. The film is slated to release next year. Apart from this, he also has ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’ and ‘Bole Chudiya’ in the pipeline.
