Bollywood power couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone added to the glamour at the FIFA World Cup finale between Argentina and France.

The actors, who were among the starry lineup of celebs attending the big showdown in Qatar, caught in on all the action from their VIP box. Deepika added a page to the history books as she became the first Indian actress to unveil the World Cup trophy at the jam-packed Lusail Iconic Stadium and she had her hubby there to cheer her on.

Sharing a clip of the actress opening the trunk to display the World Cup trophy, Ranveer wrote, “Bursting with pride. That’s my baby!”

Deepika on Monday morning posted a video of some highlights from her time at the World Cup and wrote, “From unveiling the FIFA World Cup Trophy to witnessing one of the greatest games in sporting history, I truly couldn’t have asked for more…”

While Deepika’s big appearance wowed fans and kept her on the top trends on social media, it was Ranveer’s ‘aww-dorable’ photos and videos from the match that won hearts. The couple, who like to keep their private life away from the media, finally let their guard down and packed on the PDA during the match.

Ranveer played the doting hubby by recording Deepika’s reactions to the goals scored during the match. Going by the clips, the nail-biting finish had DP and Ranveer on their feet, holding each other as they waited in anticipation for their team to come out victorious during extra-time.
