‘Baahubali 2’ singer Madhushree: MM Keeravani said his ‘Kanha Soja Zara’ is a romantic bhajan – Times of India

Madhushree is currently basking in the glory of her recent Tamil hit song ‘Mallipoo’ from the film ‘Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu’. The singer who has many popular songs to her credit is overjoyed with the news of ‘Naatu Naatu’ song from SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR‘ has won big at the Golden Globes Awards.
“I would like to congratulate Keeravani ji. It’s a piece of great news and we’re proud of him. I was blessed to sing ‘Soja zara’, from ‘Bahubali 2’ for him. He deserved it and a lot more,” expressed Madhushree.

Madhushree also revealed the other side of the music composer as she shared, “MM Keervani is full of surprises. During ‘Baahubali’ I remember, he had said that ‘Kanha Soja Zara’ is a romantic bhajan (chuckles) and interestingly, he made this song keeping Lata ji in his mind and I was the luckiest person to sing it.”
