Swara Bhasker shares pics from her sangeet night, reveals she felt ‘like a queen’ : See inside – Times of India

Actor-activist Swara Bhasker and social activist Fahad Ahmad’s week long wedding celebrations recently concluded. However, the actor has been updating her social media handle with dreamy pictures of her wedding ceremonies, ranging from Haldi, Mehendi and the Walima (reception night).

Earlier today, Swara took to her IG handle to share pics from her Sangeet night, where she and husband Fahad could be seen twinning in green. Looking breathtaking in a dark green lehenga with embroidered floral motifs, Swara completed her look with kundan jewelery and left her hair open, in loose curls. Her husband on the other hand looked dapper in a green, embroidered ensemble. Posting multiple pictures from the big night, Swara wrote, “Like a Queen in green courtesy my fave @rahulmishra_7 … Giving @fahadzirarahmad also princely vibes! 💚💚💚”. In the album, the much in love couple could be seen all mushy with each other, while posing amidst lots of greenery.

Swara took everyone by surprise when she announced that she had a registered marriage with Fahad on January 6, 2023, under the Special Marriage Act. Sharing the news, Swara wrote, “Sometimes you search far & wide for something that was right next to you all along. We were looking for love, but we found friendship first. And then we found each other! Welcome to my heart @FahadZirarAhmad It’s chaotic but it’s yours! ♥️✨🧿”

Swara and Fahad are said to have met and fallen in love during working for a common cause and decided to take their relationship to the next level.
