Salaar crosses $100,000 mark in USA market | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

Prabhas‘s Salaar-Part One- Ceasefire has generated immense anticipation since its announcement, fueled by teasers and posters. Initially scheduled for a September 28 release, its advance booking in the USA had garnered over Rs 3 crore from approximately 13,500 tickets but the film had to be pushed because of VFX delays and it is now releasing on 22nd December.While the film is still 33 days away from the release, the film’s advance booking has begun to gain traction, this is despite the fact that full fledged bookings will only start on 20th November.

As per the latest numbers coming in the film has already crossed the $100000 mark figure by collecting $108925 ( Rs 90 lakhs) from 140 locations, where it has opened bookings around 400 shows and has sold 4160 tickets till now. The film has shown a tremendous jump in the last 24 hours, where it was tracking on $76000 on Friday night , it jumped to $108000 by Saturday night.
It is being rumored that the trailer of the film, which is releasing on December 1, will be attached to Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal especially in India, as it is being distributed by the same company. Besides Prabhas, the film also stars Prithivraj, Shruti Haasan, Tinnu Anand, Jagapathi Babu, Easwari Rao and Sriya Reddy.
