‘Shershaah’ review: Netizens can’t stop praising the Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani starrer; call it a ‘must watch’ – Times of India

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani starrer ‘Shershaah’ got released today on a digital platform. Directed by Vishnu Vardhan, the film is based on the life of Captain Vikram Batra. The film was supposed to release last year in theatres but due to the pandemic, the makers had to postpone the film.

Soon after the film released, netizens were all praise for the actors. Fans even went on to call it the ‘best movie of recent times’.

Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal too reviewed the film on Wednesday and they were left impressed by the star cast. Katrina shared a sweet note on her Instagram story and wrote, “Loved the film – such a beautiful story so well told- @sidmalhotra you just hold the screen, such a heartfelt performance. @kiaraaliaadvani is absolutely stunning and pitch perfect” followed by a heart emoji. While Vicky wrote, “Loved the Film. The valour and sacrifice of Capt. Vikram Batra had me in tears. Salute to all the bravehearts. Kudos to the entire team of #Shershaah. @vishnuvardhan @karanjohar @sidmalhotra you have had a long journey with the film and it’s all so worth it. You are absolutely smashing brother. ‘Shershaah’ also stars Shiv Panditt, Raj Arjun, Pranay Pachauri, Himanshu Ashok Malhotra, Nikitin Dheer, Anil Charanjeett and Sahil Vaid in pivotal roles.
