Now, according to the Pinkvilla report, the actor will be jetting off to the UK tomorrow for the shoot of his next helmed by Ranjit Tewari. Reportedly, the film is a psychological thriller and is backed by Jackky Bhagnani.
The report further stated that Akshay believes that the show must go on and also understands the financial aspects of the film when it is put on halt. After completing the rituals over a couple of days, the actor will be resuming the shoot in the UK following the quarantine guidelines of the local authorities.
Reportedly, the filming will go on throughout September. Meanwhile, Rakul Preet Singh is on board as the female lead of the film.
Apart from this, Akshay has films like ‘Raksha Bandhan’ with Bhumi Pednekar, ‘Bachchan Pandey’ co-starring Kriti Sanon and ‘Atrangi Re’ alongside Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan lined up ahead.
