Kim Seon Ho and Girls’ Generation’s YoonA to star in an upcoming rom-com film – Times of India


Basking in the success of ‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’ actor Kim Seon Ho is all set to star with Girls’ Generation’s YoonA for a new South Korean film ‘2 O’Clock Date’.

Touted to be a romantic comedy, ‘2 O’Clock Date’ will mark the first collaboration between Kim Seon Ho and YoonA. The story focus on a woman who has a big secret and his neighbour who lives on the above floor. It unfolds chemistry between the two when they start running into each other every day.

The film will be helmed by director Lee Sang Geun from YoonA’s hit flick ‘EXIT’. According to reports, the filming of the film is slated to begin from next year in March. Meanwhile, there’s no update on its release date.

Previously last year, both Kim Seon Ho and YoonA appeared on TV as co-hosts for the ‘2020 MBC Music Festival.’ Fans can’t wait to see them sharing the screen space on the big screen.

Meanwhile, on the work front, YoonA was last seen in K-Drama ‘Hush’. Apart from ‘2’O Clock Date’, she is currently in talks for a new drama ‘Big Mouth’ where she has been offered the female lead opposite superstar Lee Jong Suk.

Kim Seon Ho, on the other hand, is appearing with Shin Min-A in ‘HomeTown Cha-Cha-Cha’. Before confirming the rom-com with YoonA, he has locked his big-screen debut in ‘Sad Tropical’ by director Park Hoon Jung.
