In a Q&A session with his fans on Twitter, Shahid Kapoor spoke about various topics including his upcoming release, ‘Jersey’. One of his fans also asked him to share a few words about Hrithik Roshan. To this, Shahid replied by saying, ‘5 4 3 2 1 bang bang. I just love him on screen.’

Shahid is all geared up for the release of ‘Jersey’ which is all set to hit the theatres on December 31 2021. Spilling some beans on his experience of shooting the film and the thing that inspired him to take on the role, Shahid said, “I think @NameisNani did an amazing job in jersey. He made me cry. So I would say he inspired me to do this film.”

He also spoke about his experience of working with Mrunal Thakur in the movie. He said, “Yes she is is lovely. We had a great time. She is extremely talented. And loads of fun.”

‘Jersey’ is the Hindi remake of the Telugu film of the same name. The original film starred Nani in the lead role. The Hindi remake will see the hunk sharing the screen with Pankaj Kapur.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shahid is all set for his digital debut soon. However, details about the same are yet to be revealed.
Hrithik, on the other hand, will next be seen in Siddharth Anand’s ‘Fighter’ where he will be seen sharing the screen space with none other than Deepika Padukone in the lead role.
