It’s never too early to break any news and here we are with something that is happening in Harman Baweja’s office. Baweja Studios, helmed by Harman and his father Harry Baweja, have signed up with Vicky Bahiri to produce a youth-centric film, which will be directed by Danish Aslam (of the Deepika Padukone-Imran Khan-led ‘Break Ke Baad’ fame). Incidentally, Bahiri was an associate producer on ‘Break Ke Baad’.
Jim Sarbh and Sayani Gupta will head the cast and the film in question is called ‘Crash Course‘.
Sources also tell us that if all goes well, Sayani and Jim will start shooting for it from January 15, 2022. The shoot is expected to last for 45-55 days in total, and it should be a wrap sometime in March.
When contacted, Vicky Bahiri confirmed and said, “Yes, this news is true.” And what’s the premise of the story? “Well, it will dwell on the dynamics of relationships in contemporary times,” Bahiri signed off.
Before making his debut as a director in 2010, Aslam assisted on films like ‘Fanaa’, ‘Ta Ra Rum Pum’, ‘Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic’, ‘Being Cyrus’, ‘Salaam Namaste’ and ‘Swades’.
