‘Tara Vs Bilal’: John Abraham’s film starring Harshvardhan Rane and Sonia Rathee goes on the floor – Times of India

Recently, John Abraham took to his social media handle to announce that ‘Tara Vs Bilal’ went on the floors today. Helmed by Samar Iqbal, the makers have roped in Harshvardhan Rane, Sonia Rathee and others for the film.

The film was supposed to go on the floors in May, but due to the second coronavirus wave, the makers had to postpone the shoot. Now, John shared a picture of the clapboard from the sets. The post was captioned as, ”#TaraVsBilal begins 🎬 Day 1 Directed by #SamarIqbal @harshvardhanrane @soniarathee @summershakee @sanyukthac @thejohnabraham #BhushanKumar @minnakshidas @manan_bhardwaj_official @tseriesfilms @tseries.official @johnabrahament”.

“We are starting a film called ‘Tara vs Bilal’, we are producing it. It is a beautiful slice-of-life relevant film. It stars Harshvardhan Rane. It starts either this month or in May” Abraham had told PTI in April.

The actor was recently making headlines as his film, ‘Ek Villain Returns’ got a release date. The film is all set to release on 8th July 2022. Talking about the movie, producer Bhushan Kumar added, “We have upped the scale of Ek Villain to make Ek Villain Returns. The movie deserves an Eid release and I’m so excited that we are doing justice to the movie. You will not want to miss all the action that we have in store for you!”

John is also a part of ‘Pathan’ starring Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan.
