Kajol gets trolled for celebrating 26 years of DDLJ while Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail is rejected – Times of India

Shah Rukh Khan is going through a crisis at home with son Aryan Khan in jail. His co-star Kajol faced flak on social media for not supporting him during this tough period and celebrating 26 years of their movie ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’. Sharing an iconic clip from the movie, Kajol wrote on social media, “Simran caught the train 26 years back and we are still thanking everyone for all this love .. #26YearsOfDDLJ,” wrote Kajol.

Netizens soon started trolling the actress for posting about the movie when Aryan Khan’s bail had been rejected by the NDPS court.

Today, SRK visited Aryan Khan in jail and it was his first public appearance ever since his son was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 3. SRK was allowed to meet his son as COVID-19 protocols for were lifted for in-person meetings in jail. On October 20, a special NDPS court rejected Aryan Khan’s bail plea and the star son’s legal team was quick to move HC against the order. Bombay High Court is scheduled to hear Aryan Khan’s bail plea on October 26. Aryan Khan’s lawyers have been arguing in court that no contraband was found from him and that he was only attending the party as a VVIP guest. However, the NCB has been opposing Aryan’s bail on the ground of alleged WhatsApp chats that indicate an international drugs racket, they have also stated that coming from an influential family, Aryan may tamper with evidence.
