According to Kang Ye Won’s agency J-Wide Company, the actress tested negative for the virus on October 21, however, she voluntarily took a retest owing to her poor health. To this, she was diagnosed with COVID on October 24, during her second round of testing. Currently, she is recuperating at home in self-quarantine and following necessary health guidelines.
Reportedly, Kang Ye Won opted for the testing on the advice of ‘Just One Person’ production team. Fortunately, her staff came out negative for the virus after she contracted the virus. Her co-stars and other cast members also remain unaffected due to their different shooting schedules.
Once recovered Kang Ye Won will start shooting for ‘Just One Person’ alongside Ahn Eun Jin, Red Velvet’s Joy and Kim Kyung Nam. The story revolves around a terminally ill woman who decides to kill one obnoxious person as she is on her death bed. However, things take a sudden turn when she meets someone who instead becomes the most important part of life before she starts counting her last breath.
The drama is set to premiere in December this year.
