On Sunday, the megastar took to his Twitter handle to celebrate the special occasion, sharing interesting trivia. Amitabh revealed on November 7, he made his Bollywood debut with the release of ‘Saat Hindustani’. He also shared two throwback pictures from the movie that was released in 1969.

The film, written and directed by Khwaja Ahmad Abbas, revolves around the heroic story of seven Indians who tried to liberate Goa from the Portuguese colonial rulers. The Bollywood cult classic won several National Awards and turned out to be Bachchan’s stepping stone in the Hindi film industry back then.
Since his debut in ‘Saat Hindustani’, the megastar has acted in more than 200 films and won so many accolades in his illustrious career, including four Indian National Film Awards as Best Actor, Dadasaheb Phalke Award for lifetime achievement to name a few. And there seems to be no stopping Amitabh even now.
The veteran actor who is recovering from a toe injury has an impressive lineup of films. While Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahamastra’ will see him into the superhero realm alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni, he also has Ajay Devgn’s ‘Mayday’, Marathi filmmaker Nagraj Manjule’s sports drama ‘Jhund’, the official remake of Hollywood film ‘The Intern’, and Vikas Bahl’s ‘Good Bye’ to name a few.
