Despite their efforts at keeping their wedding a highly secret affair, Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa‘s wedding has kept Chandigarh buzzing these days with the arrival of celebrities from Mumbai’s entertainment industry. The wedding is being hosted at a remote seven star wedding destination, nestled away from the city in a vast forest reservation in Chandigarh’s suburbs.
After an all-white themed engagement ceremony on November 13, the couple had their
mehendi/
sangeet ritual on November 14. This will be followed by their wedding on November 15. While Farah Khan, Huma Qureshi, her brother Saqib Saleem and Huma’s friend, director Mudassar Aziz, reached Chandigarh on November 13, actress Aditi Rao Hydari, director Amar Kaushik (from the film
Stree), landed in city on the evening of November 14. Apparently, Aditi and Patra (as Aditi calls her affectionately), were flat mates in Mumbai at some point.

Like the white theme of their engagement, the couple’s wedding planner has stayed consistent with the same theme and organised decor with white balloons decorating doors and arcades for November 14 as well.
With the guest list being restricted to 100-150 people, the venue is not packed with a crowd, thus ensuring that they are able to follow proper COVID protocol. Amid the wedding celebrations, guests are also soaking in the pristine environment of the hotel that is surrounded by dense vegetation. On Sunday morning, Farah Khan posted a sweet morning video on the hotel property, driven around in a golf cart by the hotel staff.
