Alia Bhatt’s incredible weight-loss journey


Alia loves home-cooked food and enjoys khichdi, dal-chawal, and curd rice with a spoonful of ghee. The actress maintains a balanced diet which includes seasonal fruits, herbal tea, eggs, and some healthy munching. Alia also enjoys organic milk, lassi, and chhaas. Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar had revealed how the actress follows a diet consisting of jowar in summers, bajra in winters, and naachni-raagi during the monsoons.
