In a recent interaction, the superstar revealed that he will commence a nationwide city tour from today to promote ‘Antim’ starting with Ahmedabad followed by Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Indore this week. Khan said, ”It is important that we reach out to the audience this time. Besides, in the earlier days we used to promote films after the release, but that practice stopped in the recent past.”
Salman was quizzed if he gave any inputs to the character he’s playing on the screen. The actor replied, “Mahesh and I, both had our inputs. I am playing an inspector and a Sardar in the movie. So I needed to be careful about my role. Be it any community or culture, I have to be careful about playing the respective role. You’ve got to respect the community and glorify them in the right manner. I’ve done that in all my films.” Salman further revealed that he would end up hurting himself with the kada he wore in the movie. He said, “While trying to shoot for the scenes, woh kada aise lagta hai that your hands start hurting.”
Helmed by Mahesh Manjrekar, ‘Antim’ also stars Mahima Makwana in a pivotal role.
