Tom Holland swung back in action in his sixth turn as ‘Spider-Man’, this time with Benedict Cumberbatch‘s Doctor Strange playing mentor. The newest superhero film won glowing reviews from critics and fans alike who managed to secure a seat in theatres currently running housefull.
According to the reviews pouring in on social media, the film doesn’t just give the fans their money’s worth, but also comes loaded with emotion, humour and a whole lot of heart.
“The movie truly is a celebration of the character for the fans,” said a post on Twitter.
Another added, “#SPIDERMANNOWAYHOME is the movie Spidey fans are looking for. The most action-packed Spider-Man movie is also the most emotional.”
While some went gaga over the emotional plot, others went as far as calling it the ‘best Marvel film’ yet.
“This movie is worth every excruciating moment we had to wait! The visuals, the score, the heart, the story, the villains…. talk about an EPIC creation,” read a tweet.
“Spider-Man: No Way Home is the best Marvel movie of all time,” said another while adding, “It’s hard to imagine topping this one.”

‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ had earned a 98% positive score from 65 reviews collected on the Rotten Tomatoes website. Supporters said the storyline would please old and new fans alike.
Advance ticket demand has been strong, a welcome sign for movie theatre chains that are still struggling to lure back audiences amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
First-day presales for ‘No Way Home’ were the highest recorded by ticket seller Fandango since 2019’s ‘Avengers: Endgame’, the second-highest grossing movie of all time.
The plot picks up directly from 2019’s ‘Far From Home’, which saw Peter Parker publicly unmasked by the villainous Mysterio.
Parker scrambles to regain his anonymity, with the help of Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange.
