Varun Dhawan is on a signing spree – Times of India

Varun Dhawan’s film with Sriram Raghavan may have been pushed indefinitely but the actor has some serious acts up his sleeve. He has now signed a film with Rajkumar Hirani films and it will go on the floors early next year. This venture will be directed by Rajkumar Hirani’s associate but the seasoned filmmaker is personally looking into the project personally. Varun is expected to start prep on this project soon after he wraps ‘Jug Jug Jeeyo’.

The actor recently returned to Indian after extensively shooting for ‘Jug Jug Jeeyo’ in Russia with Kiara Advani. Directed by Raj Mehta, this entertainer also stars Anil Kapoor, Kiara Advani and Neetu Kapoor. The film is slated for a theatrical release on June 24, 2022.

Varun is also in talks with Nitesh Tiwari for a film and if sources are to be believed the actor may lock that project. Varun seems to be choosing to work with newer directors and one of them is ‘Bhediya’ with Amar Kaushik which he has completed and is waiting for its release. A co-actor from the film had shared, “Varun is going to surprise the audience with the performance in the film.” Varun has joined forces with Kriti Sanon for this entertainer which is touted to be a horror comedy.
