One thing that 2021 has taught you?
2021 has been a big learning experience for all of us. It was a tough year for the entire globe, with such hardships around us. 2021 has taught me not to trust people who show off, people who are hypocrites.

If there’s one thing you’d want to change about 2021, what would it be?
For me one thing that I’d like to change would be to stop calling the industry, Bollywood. It feels borrowed. This is something I’d like to follow in the coming years as well.

Any memories you’d like to carry forward from 2021 to 2022?
2021 has been special for me, in terms of work and all the international recognition I have received, which has made me more motivated for the future.

Biggest regret of 2021
(Laughs) The only regret I have is that I don’t have any regrets.

What are you looking forward to the most in 2022?
2022 is going to be super exciting for me as I will be juggling between varied projects and films. I’m looking forward to the release of all my films and shooting schedules.

Your resolution for 2022?
Spread more love, happiness, and positivity around.

What are your professional plans in 2022?
A lot of things are in the pipeline. I have 5-6 films, some are ready for release and for some I’ll be shooting. All in all, 2022 will be the busiest year.
