Complaint against Vicky Kaushal for ‘illegal use of motorcycle number plate’ in movie with Sara Ali Khan – Times of India

An Indore resident has lodged a police complaint against the alleged illegal use of his number plate in a movie sequence featuring Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal in the lead. The complaint was after set photos of the actor riding a bike with his co-actor, Sara Ali Khan went viral online.

Speaking to ANI, complainant Jai Singh Yadav said, “The vehicle number used in the movie sequence is mine. I don’t know if the film unit is aware of it but this is illegal. They can’t use my number plate without permission. I have given a memorandum at the station. Action should be taken in the matter.”

Responding to the complaint, Rajendra Soni, Sub-inspector in Indore’s Banganga area said, “We received a complaint. We will see whether the number plate was used illegally. Action will be taken as per provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act. If the film unit is in Indore, we will try probing them.”

Yadav also shared photographs of his license plate number with ANI and a copy of the letter sent.

Vicky and Sara made headlines last week when their de-glam photos surfaced online. The pictures saw the two zooming around on the streets of Indore, shooting for their upcoming film.

The actors were also seen filming a sequence on the terrace of a residential area. While Vicky was wearing a casual tee, jeans and a jacket, Sara was seen sporting a Sindhu while dressed in a yellow saree.
