According to Raveena, the trend of Bollywood being scared of women of a certain age is slowly wearing out and the change is coming up. As far as the item songs are concerned, Raveena feels it has been a win-win situation as they get a new beat, a new life. The youth also loves them and all in all, she ends up owing them all over again, the actress said in an interview with a news portal.
The actress also heaped praise on her contemporaries like Shilpa Shetty, Kajol and others who look good and feel confident about themselves. When asked if there is pressure on women to look a certain way, she stated that those days are gone when people would talk about thunder in your thighs and Amazonian growth.
On the work front, she was last seen in ‘Aranyak’ which was released on an OTT platform. The show received positive reviews from the audience and the critics alike. It also featured Parambrata Chatterjee and Ashutosh Rana in key roles.
Raveena will be next seen in ‘KGF: Chapter2’ along with Yash and Sanjay Dutt.
