Jackie Shroff is known for his care-free attitude and macho style. Interestingly, when it came to romancing his co-stars on the big screen, the actor felt ‘embarrassed and shy’. In his career spanning decades Jackie has romanced numerous actresses but he had once revealed in an interview that he was not very comfortable about it. He had stated, “I’ve kissed Madhuri Dixit in Vardi and Juhi Chawla in Aaina, but I felt embarrassed about it. Brandy shots helped me kiss other women on screen. I was called Sexy Shroff and considered macho, but I shied away from doing kissing scenes.”
And it was not just about romantic scenes, the actor refuses to shave his body hair too. On Neha Dhupia’s chat show, Jackie Shroff has revealed that he has never waxed himself and added, “I in fact rejected a role because they had to clean me up and make me wear a bikini.”
