The release date of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone starrer ‘Fighter’ has been postponed to avert a clash with Shah Rukh Khan‘s ‘Pathaan’. Both the films are helmed by filmmaker Siddharth Anand. Now, Hrithik’s movie will hit the theatres on September 28, 2023. Earlier, it was slated to release on January 26, 2023. Meanwhile, SRK’s ‘Pathaan’ will be out on January 25, 2023.
Hrithik took to Instagram to announce the new release date of the film. He wrote, “SEPTEMBER 28th… 2023.”
According to reports, the film will be India’s first aerial action flick. The film will mark Hrithik’s third collaboration with Siddharth Aanand after ‘Bang Bang!’ and ‘War’. Reportedly, the action-flick will start rolling in June 2022.
Apart from Hrithik and Deepika, the film also stars Anil Kapoor in a pivotal role.
‘Pathaan’, on the other hand, features SRK along with John Abraham and Deepika Padukone. The trio recently jetted off to Spain for the shoot of the film.
