Bollywood actress Mrunal Thakur recently took to her Instagram handle to share endearing photos with director Gauri Shinde. The photo was also accompanied by a little note which read, “Oh Hello, Dream Director”. Fans were quick enough to speculate that a new film is in talks.
Mrunal is currently promoting her next, ‘Jersey’ with Shahid Kapoor which is slated to release in cinemas on 14th April. It is an official Hindi remake of the Telugu film of the same name. The team were eagerly awaiting the release, but the film was postponed due to the rise in Covid-19 cases across the country.
Speaking of Gauri Shinde, her last film outing was with Alia Bhatt and Shahrukh Khan for ‘Dear Zindagi’. The film was a box office success garnering praises from fans and critics alike. She has also helmed Sri Devi’s comeback film ‘English Vinglish’.
While not much is known about the latest outing with Mrunal, we are sure excited to see what comes of this collaboration.
