Salman Khan’s Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali shoot moves to a new location closer to the star’s Panvel farmhouse -Exclusive! – Times of India

All has not been well with Salman Khan’s ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ as the project has changed hands from producer Sajid Nadiadwala to Salman Khan Films. Khan has taken over the production and because of that the set of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, which was being built at the Film city helipad has been dismantled and the location of the shoot may shift some where close to Salman’s Panvel home.

Industry sources insist that there were several issues in the project starting from the director of the film Farhad Samji to the box office disappointments of films produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Even the casting of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali became a bone of contention. Salman Khan and Sajid did not agree on a lot of aspects related to the film, which resulted in Salman taking over the project.

There have been speculations that the parting of ways between Sajid and Salman has been bitter but those close to Sajid Nadiadwala and Salman have revealed to ETimes that there is no bad blood between the two. In fact, Sajid wanted to delay the project due to the failure of some of his recent projects and he jumped at the offer made by Salman Khan to take over the Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
