On a warm Wednesday afternoon, the actress took to her handle to share an update with all her fans. Posting a photo of herself in workout gear, sweating it out on the cricket pitch, the actress wrote, “Post practice in this heatwave.”
It has been over a month since the actress officially kicked off prep for the film that will see her play the Indian fast bowler. Anushka has been posting a couple of pictures and videos of herself in action behind the nets and captioned it “Get-Sweat-Go! #ChakdaXpress #prep getting hard and intense as we are counting days.”
The sports flick is one of the highly anticipated films of the year, which is inspired by the life and times of cricketer Jhulan, and will trace her inspirational journey to become the captain of the Indian women’s national cricket team.
As per reports, Anushka will be flying to the UK to shoot a 30-day schedule of the cricket film.
