“I know main bhi sun rahi hoon alag alag dates… ye joh aap badhayiyaan you are saying… I am getting these from last one year. Abhi last December aarahi thi… and there were reports kuch Ranthambore mein horaha hai.. then they said that the wedding is happening in Hyderabad. Now, they are saying it is happening at RK Studios. So there’s constant rumour about the marriage. But I wish jaldi ho. Let’s see,” said Neetu Kapoor.
When asked about Alia becoming the part of the Kapoor family and her bond with the ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ actress, she said, “I just love Alia and she’s a lovely girl. She’s beautiful, very talented and very lovely. I just love her and she’s amazing.”
Recently, while talking to Bombay Times, Alia’s uncle Robin Bhatt got nostalgic talking about the wedding venue, which is speculated to be the RK house, the family bungalow of the Kapoors located in Chembur. He shares, “Alia is getting married to Ranbir at RK House where Rishi Kapoor (Ranbir’s father) too got married and I remember I was a part of that wedding as well.”
He further shared his excitement about the wedding, he said, “I am happy that Alia is getting married. As her uncle, I just wish that my niece and Ranbir live a happy life together.”
