Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt‘s wedding is fast becoming the highlight of the month. The stars are expected to tie the knot during the interim night between April 15 and 16 next week. Their nuptials are expected to be attended by immediate family members on both sides. There have been reports about Ranbir hosting his closest friends to celebrate his last days as an unmarried man.
But now, Bombay Times has it that the party is likely to be moved to the evening of April 16, where Ranbir and Alia will raise a toast to their marriage with their closest pals. It’s now expected to be the first bash that the couple will host for a tight set of 50 of their closest friends before having their wedding reception in the following week. The venue for this said bash has not been told to the guests as yet but it is expected to be extremely intimate and for a select set only. Actors like Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Aditya Roy Kapur and filmmaker Rohit Dhawan are expected to be among the ones at the party. In the meantime, the decoration work continues at bride Alia’s house, situated in the same building as Ranbir’s. The groom has booked the banquet in their residential complex for intimate, pre and post-wedding festivities which will kick off early next week.
