Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt may be having an intimate wedding ceremony with close family and friends, but if reports are to be believed, the couple has planned a grand reception for their industry folks. The who’s who of the tinsel town will mark their presence at the gala night and top guests on the list include Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Rani Mukerji, Katrina Kaif, Sidharth Malhotra, Arjun Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Varun Dhawan and several others.
Pinkvilla quotes a source close to Ranbir saying that RK and Alia have chose The Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai as the venue for the reception and it will most likely happen on April 17. Post that Alia and Ranbir have to resume shooting to fulfill their work commitments. The report also stated that Alia and Ranbir visited the venue to book it for their wedding reception last night.
Reports also suggested about Ranbir hosting a party for his closest friends to celebrate his last days as an unmarried man. Bombay Times reported that the party is likely to be moved to the evening of April 16, where Ranbir and Alia will raise a toast to their marriage with their closest pals, a tight set of 50.
