Now a new report in Pinkvilla reveals that celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and others will grace the varmala ceremony of the couple. The report also added that Alia’s mentor Karan Johar and Ranbir’s BFF Ayan Mukerji will also be part of the celebrations.
Earlier today, Mumbai police reached Vaastu Apartment to talk to Yusuf Ibrahim, the security in-charge of Alia Bhatt. They were spotted by the paparazzi at the residential complex. From decorations to Sabyasachi outfits, several packages were seen arriving at the wedding venue.
Ahead of the wedding, Ranbir’s sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni has also arrived in Mumbai with her husband Bharat Sahni and daughter Samara Sahni.
A well-placed source has recently informed ETimes, “Ranbir and Alia’s wedding function will be held at the RK Studios which will be followed by a function at RK House in Chembur.”
Elaborating further, the source also added that multiple locations for the wedding ceremonies were being considered and the logistics were being figured out. However, with the number of guests invited and about 200 bouncers and other staff present at the venue, it would have been practically a mess to accommodate everything at Vastu or Krishna Raj Bungalow due to the space constraint.
“Even though there is some construction work underway, there is ample space to accommodate the guests, bouncers and other staff along with sufficient parking area at RK Studios,” the source further informed.
