Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are officially man and wife and while the Kapoor and Bhatt families are celebrating, ETimes has been informed that the one man who became the catalyst for this auspicious occasion, N Razdan, Alia’s maternal grandfather is a happy man. A source close to the family revealed, “Alia’s grandfather was wheelchair bound but he was emotional and happy. He was moved by the sight of Alia and Ranbir taking their pheras.”
The source also revealed to ETimes, that the moment the last phera was concluded between Ranbir and Alia, the entire family erupted in joyous laughter. The happiness echoed through the room and everyone celebrated the momentous occasion.
Needless to say, Alia’s grandfather also looked relieved and elated that his granddaughter has tied the knot with Ranbir, whom he’s exceptionally fond of.
