Akshay Kumar reviews ‘Runway 34’ as Ajay Devgn hosts a special screening for him; Says, ‘May the film get its due’ – Times of India

Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh starrer ‘Runway 34‘ is set to release on Friday. The film’s early reviews are out and it has received rave reviews from the celebs. Earlier today, Ajay hosted a special screening for his dear friend and actor Akshay Kumar. Now, Akshay has shared his views on the film on Twitter.

Akshay, in his tweet, was all praise for Ajay’s directorial. He was also seen appreciating Amitabh Bachchan’s ‘effortless’ performance. Akshay also hoped that the film should get its due.

Meanwhile, Ajay is currently facing massive backlash after he got in a war of words with Kiccha Sudeep recently. Ajay reacted to Kiccha’s interview, he tweeted, “Kiccha Sudeep, my brother, according to you, if Hindi is not our national language then why do you release your native language films by dubbing them in Hindi? Hindi was, is and always will be our mother tongue and national language. Jan Gan Man.” In no time, netizens started trolling Ajay for his statement. Though everything between Ajay and Sudeep got settled on Twitter, but social media users and a lot of celebs have been questioning Ajay for his ‘Hindi will always be our national language’ statement.
