Talking to a news portal, Zaheer stated that the rumours have been going on for a long time and he doesn’t even care anymore. According to him, people are free to think whatever they want. The actor added that he has stopped thinking about that.
Elaborating further, Zaheer added that he knew that link-up rumours are a part and parcel of the film industry even before he joined the showbiz. The actor also revealed that his mentor Salman Khan had told him that people will write things about you that are not true so do not pay attention to it and so he is following the superstar’s advice.
On Zaheer’s birthday, Sonakshi had posted two pictures of them and called him ‘the most annoying and the most amazing human being on this planet.’ Reportedly, Salman Khan is said to have played Cupid for Sonakshi and Zaheer.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Zaheer, who made his big Bollywood debut with ‘Notebook’ co-starring Pranutan Bahl, will next be seen in ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ starring Salman and Pooja Hegde in lead roles.
