The downward trend of ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ may result in a second blow for Ranveer Singh, after he faced a setback last year in the form of ’83. However, his lineup ahead looks promising with Rohit Shetty directed ‘Cirkus’ with Pooja Hegde and Karan Johar’s romantic drama ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ with Alia Bhatt.
Ranveer Singh has also signed up for the Hindi remake of Tamil hit ‘Anniyan’ with Shankar. Speaking about his choice of characters and movies, the actor had told BT, “The thing is, I wish to create characters that are starkly different from one another. I lean towards making high-risk choices. I change my expression, body language and modulate my voice. I get into every detail, like the way the person sits, stands, looks and reacts. This process is what excites me.”
