In the video, Rachaya Noppakaroon, a transgender model from Thailand and two of her friends are seen dancing to Alia’s song. Alia captioned her post, ‘Love these recreations Thailand. You have my’, followed by a heart emoticon and Thailand’s flag emoji.
The Thailand fan, Rachaya had shared the video on her Instagram handle and Alia shared it on her Instagram Stories. As soon as the video was shared on the internet, people showered love in the comment section.
While one fan wrote, ‘Being an Indian I still can’t dance like this! These girls are dancing so beautifully’, another one added, ‘You won Alia’s heart’.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ has been adapted from one of the chapters of author Hussain Zaidi’s book, ‘Mafia Queens of Mumbai’. The film also starred Shantanu Maheshwari, Vijay Raaz, Seema Pahwa and others. It also featured Ajay Devgn in a special cameo.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia will next be seen in Karan Johar’s ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ co-starring Ranveer Singh. The film also features Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi in lead roles.
Apart from this, the actress is also awaiting the release of Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ where she will be sharing the screen space with her husband, Ranbir Kapoor. The movie also has actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy in key roles. It is slated to release on September 9, 2022.
