‘Avengers’ star Jeremy Renner shoots with Anil Kapoor for a project in Rajasthan; plays cricket, poses for selfies – View Pics – Times of India

Jeremy Renner, best known for his role as Hawkeye in the Marvel superhero flick ‘Avengers‘, was in Rajasthan to shoot for a secret project.

A set of photos doing the rounds online see the Hollywood star out and about, braving the heatwave in Rajasthan to shoot with Anil Kapoor. This new venture marks their reunion after starring in ‘Mission Impossible – Ghost Protocol’. The two stars, however, did not share scenes together in the film.

Though there has been no confirmation from either Kapoor or Renner’s spokespersons about the purpose of this shoot, reports stated that the two are shooting for ‘Rennervations’, a new non-scripted series. Several photos of the actors have been doing the rounds online. The clicks see Anil giving Jeremy a full tour of the place, and even helping him converse with the locals.

Besides shooting for their project, Renner was also seen having a gala time posing for selfies with some school children and also joining them for a game of cricket.

Renner arrived in India last week. While spending time in Alwar, the actor shared a picture on his Instagram account, in which he was seen playing cricket with children.

On Wednesday, several fan page accounts of Renner posted videos and photos of him shooting with Kapoor, with crew members and few children, reportedly at a government-run senior secondary school in Laxmangarh Fort, Alwar.

In one of the fan posts, Kapoor is seen dancing on a stage to the popular track ‘Gallan Goodiyaan’ from his 2015 movie ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ and Renner, who was standing with the crowd, was enjoying the actor’s performance.

In the past, Kapoor has worked on international projects such as the award-winning movie ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, helmed by Danny Boyle, ‘Mission Impossible – Ghost Protocol’ and TV series ’24’.

Renner, 51, most recently appeared in Marvel/Disney+ superhero series ‘Hawkeye’.
