
He further revealed, “He was one of the fittest singers I know and he used to kill it on stage. KK was a damn good performer on stage. He had his own voice and especially his high pitch songs were most memorable. Who can forget Tadap Tadap from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.”
Recalling KK’s journey and his hardships, Anjaan added, “He did struggle a lot before he got his big break. He was not just a singer, he was a very learned man and he didn’t believe in singing whatever was offered. He was selective and he did tell me that he didn’t want to be in the rat race. That is why we are able to recognise his voice and that was special about him.”
Finally, with a heavy heart, he concluded, “Nobody can predict anything and life and death is not in our hands.”
