Talking about making his digital debut, the actor revealed that he always wanted to do it. Shahid told a news portal that he has been working for almost two decades now and is now loving and watching OTT content. According to the actor, he puts himself first as an audience member. He likes to do what he enjoys as an audience. If he sees a show or a film, it’s only a natural consequence that he will look for similar material.
Elaborating further, Shahid added that he is excited to make his debut yet again and that too in a different format altogether where people will see him in eight-nine episodes. The actor revealed that he loved Raj and DK’s ‘The Family Man’. Shahid stated that when they approached him for a film, he asked them if they had a web series for him and they were surprised. According to the ‘Kabir Singh’ star, it is exciting to collaborate with the people who are at the top of their game and in India, Raj and DK are the best of the best.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shahid was last seen in ‘Jersey’ co-starring Mrunal Thakur. The film received mixed reviews from the audience and the critics alike.
