The Narcotics Control Bureau has submitted a draft charge to the special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances court where it is stated that Rhea Chakraborty received multiple deliveries of ganja from the co-accused, including her brother Showik, and these were handed over to Sushant Singh Rajput. The draft names 35 accused in the alleged drugs case which was filed during the investigation into the untimely demise of Sushant in 2020.
