Vijay essays the role of a professional MMA fighter in ‘Liger’, which is directed by Puri Jagannadh. The film stars Ramya Krishnan as Vijay’s mother while Ananya Panday plays his love interest. The action entertainer is slated for release on August 25 in five languages – Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
