Janhvi Kapoor is ‘back to the grind’ as she preps for Rajkummar Rao starrer ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ – Times of India

Actress Janhvi Kapoor, who is enjoying rave reviews for her recently released film, ‘Goodluck Jerry’, has started prepping for her next film ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’. The film also stars Rajkummar Rao in a key role. The film is set against the backdrop of cricket and she is leaving no stone unturned to learn the skills.

On Monday evening, Janhvi took to Instagram and shared a glimpse of her training session. In the picture, she is seen sporting a pink t-shirt and green shorts. She is also wearing knee guards which are used while playing the sport. The picture also features the head gear and a cricket bat.

Sharing the picture with her fans, the star kid wrote, “Back to the grind 😅 #Mr&MrsMahi 🏏.” Have a look:

Her picture has got her fans quite excited as they were seen leaving fire and heart emojis in the comments section. Directed by Sharan Sharma, ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ is backed by Karan Johar. It is slated to release on October 7 and will clash with Amitabh Bachchan-Rashmmika Mandanna starrer ‘GoodBye’.

Apart from this, Janhvi also has ‘Bawaal’ with Varun Dhawan. She recently wrapped up the shoot of the Nitesh Tiwari directorial in Poland.
