Veteran actor Pradeep Patwardhan breathed his last at his residence in Mumbai. He was 52. Patwardhan’s sudden demise has left the entire Marathi entertainment industry in shock.
Friends and family of the beloved veteran star Pradeep have been expressing their grief since then and among them is Marathi and Bollywood cinema’s popular actor Vijay Patkar.
The ‘Senior Citizen’ star has shared screen space with the star in several plays and movies like ‘Ek Full Chaar Half’ and many more.
Expressing his grief, Patkar said, “We were together since our college days. We were together when we were working in bank and entered entertianment industry together. We know each other for last 38 years. I spoke to him to last week and today I cam to know that he has left us”
“It is very a huge loss for our Marathi industry. I will always miss his presence. Marathi industry has lost its first superstar,” Patkar conlcuded.
